Our Wagyu Beef Cuts
The beef is wrapped, frozen and each package is marked with the cut of meat. For example, two steaks will be wrapped in white butcher paper or vacuum sealed and labeled.

Small Family Natural Farms started raising cattle when our milk cow gave us our calves. After a raising four calves, we decided to follow our farm's tradition of raising the BEST tasting meat around. We heard about the fanstasic flavor of Wagyu (American Kobe) beef and thought we would try it for ourselves. In 2017, we found a farm in Ohio that sold wagyu cattle and two Wagyu beef cows joined our Jersey dairy cow. In 2020, we added to our breeding stock from a farm in Indiana.
Now, we have the opportunity to bring your family the ultimate in flavor - 100% Wagyu beef. Our cows are full blood Wagyus and have been raised on pasture. We are selling our wonderfully marbled Wagyu cuts so you can share in the experience of Wagyu beef.
Our cattle are on our own grass pastures and fed hay cut from our fields. We put no additives on our fields except for composted manure. Our cattle are never administered hormones and receive medine only when needed for their individual well-being. They are processed at Bittner's Meat Company in Eureka,IL and Lake Geneva Meats in WI. Both are USDA certified processing plants.
